Sheavon Flores joins Buehler Trapani LLP as an Operations & Insights Partner, bringing more than 10 years of experience in human resources, people operations, and business operations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Davis, and has supported organizations across a range of industries, with experience spanning employee relations, compliance, process improvement, workforce planning, and organizational operations.

Sheavon supports the firm across business operations, client service, financial initiatives, people operations, and special projects. She brings a collaborative, resourceful, and solutions oriented approach to her work, with a focus on improving processes, leveraging insights, and helping the firm operate efficiently while delivering a high level of service to its clients.
