Bridget Claycomb | Workplace Investigator

With over eight years of dedicated investigation experience, Bridget is known for conducting independent, trauma-informed investigations with integrity and empathy. Throughout her career, she has tackled a wide array of matters, including discrimination, harassment, bullying, abuse, retaliation, and Title IX cases.

Bridget possesses extensive expertise in the public education sector. She began her professional journey as an elementary special education teacher in Kansas City before transitioning into law. Her legal career started at Disability Rights California, where she investigated and monitored private and public agencies and institutions. Bridget also represented clients in both individual and systemic matters and advocated for policy advancements on behalf of people with disabilities.

Before joining Buehler Trapani LLP, Bridget served as a manager for the San Francisco Unified School District’s Office of Equity. In this role, she was instrumental in supporting policy revisions and conducting thorough investigations of Uniform Complaints, Title IX complaints, and employee complaints.

Bridget is committed to producing impartial and actionable investigation reports that foster safe and inclusive environments for learning and working.
