With more than two decades of investigation experience, Lisa Buehler is one of California’s most experienced attorney investigators. She has conducted hundreds of complex and sensitive investigations for private and public employers and Title IX misconduct investigations on campuses. Clients retain Lisa because of the solemnity, professionalism, and responsiveness that she brings to every matter.
Lisa started her career at a preeminent international law firm practicing complex commercial litigation and employment law. She was a partner at a boutique law firm in San Francisco representing employers and managers in all areas of employment law.
In 2000, Lisa started her own workplace investigations firm. She grew her practice into a multi-attorney firm, conducting sophisticated investigations on issues of harassment, discrimination, bullying, abuse, and inequality. Lisa expanded her Title IX sexual misconduct practice and has navigated the intricacies of the most traumatic experiences of young adults on campus.
Lisa provides employers, organizations, and universities with impartial investigations that foster accountability and cultivate inclusive workplaces and safe educational environments.
